Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Thority Inc. handles information submitted through this corporate website and certain technical information processed when the site is visited.

Information we collect

When you request information about a pilot, we collect the name, work email address, telephone number, company name, and approximate monthly case volume that you submit.

When you request investor information, we collect the name, work email address, organization, role or title, country and applicable state, investor type, accreditation status, and any optional telephone number, investment range, or statement of interest that you submit.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs when the site is used.

We also use or may introduce analytics, advertising-measurement, and visitor-identification technologies. Depending on how those tools are configured, they may collect IP address, cookie and device identifiers, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, scrolling and other interactions, approximate location, timestamps, advertising identifiers, and conversion events.

How we use information

We use information collected through this website to:

  • Review and respond to pilot and investor inquiries.
  • Evaluate potential institutional and strategic relationships.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Measure website and advertising performance, attribute conversions, and understand how visitors engage with the site.
  • Identify prospective business contacts and conduct relevant sales, advertising, and follow-up activities, including automated email nurture or drip campaigns where permitted by law and applicable provider requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

How inquiries are processed

Form submissions are transmitted through Amazon Web Services email infrastructure to AI Thority's designated business email account. The current website implementation does not create a separate application database containing form submissions.

We use service providers, including Amazon Web Services, to host and operate the website and deliver inquiry emails. Those providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.

Analytics, advertising, and visitor identification

We use or may use the following technologies:

  • Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy website tags. Tag Manager is a delivery system; the information collected depends on the analytics, advertising, or other tags configured through it. Learn more in Google's Tag Manager privacy information.
  • Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), sometimes called Bing tracking, to measure site activity, advertising conversions, and remarketing audiences. Microsoft may collect or receive personal information from visitors or from us to provide Microsoft Advertising. Its handling of that information is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • LeadPost to support website-visitor identification, audience insights, lead enrichment, and related marketing. LeadPost may use a pixel and cookie-, IP-, device-, or fingerprint-based signals and may match those signals with information from its data providers. When a match is available, LeadPost may provide contact, business, demographic, or firmographic information associated with a visitor. See the LeadPost Privacy Policy.
  • Mailchimp to manage business-contact records and deliver automated email nurture or drip campaigns. We synchronize names, email addresses, company or professional details, lead-source information, audience segments, and other contact information received through LeadPost with Mailchimp. Mailchimp may also process delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and—when enabled—email open and link-click information so that we can operate and evaluate those campaigns. See the Mailchimp privacy statement.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies as well as on our behalf. Depending on applicable law, the disclosure or use of information for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or visitor identification may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.

We do not configure advertising or visitor-identification tags to read the contents of the Pilot or Investor inquiry fields. Information deliberately submitted through those forms is handled as described above under “How inquiries are processed.”

Marketing emails sent through Mailchimp will identify AI Thority and provide an unsubscribe method. We use unsubscribe and suppression records to stop future marketing messages to an address that has opted out.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may be retained in business email and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the context and applicable requirements.

Technical, analytics, advertising, and visitor-identification data may be retained according to our settings and the applicable provider's retention practices. We review retention in light of business needs, available controls, and legal obligations.

We may retain limited suppression information after an unsubscribe so that we can continue to honor the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and your choices

Hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and visitor-identification providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local identifiers, or similar technologies for routing, security, measurement, attribution, remarketing, and visitor matching. Some services described in this Policy may be introduced, removed, or reconfigured over time.

You can use browser or device controls to limit cookies and advertising identifiers, although those controls may not prevent every form of measurement or visitor matching. You may also manage Microsoft advertising choices through its Privacy Statement and submit an opt-out, deletion, or access request directly through LeadPost's privacy request portal. Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before activating non-essential technologies and honor applicable legally recognized opt-out signals.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also exercise provider-specific rights using the links above. You may stop marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method included in the message.
